We understand that saying goodbye to a much-loved pet is incredibly difficult, which is why we’re pleased to now offer free collection from selected local areas.
At VetCare@Peace, we deeply understand that saying goodbye to a much-loved pet is one of the most difficult experiences a family can go through. During such a heartbreaking time, we want to do everything we can to ease your burden and make the process as stress-free as possible.
Where Do We Offer Free Collection?
We can lovingly and respectfully collect your pet free of charge from the following locations:

Riverside Vets

Marshall & Till Vets

Homes located in Belper, Ambergate, Duffield, and Heage
If your pet is resting at one of these veterinary practices, or at home within one of these specific areas, simply let your vet and our team know. We will handle the rest and seamlessly arrange the collection for you, ensuring your pet is treated with the utmost dignity.
Collections Across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
If you live slightly further afield, we are still here to help. For collections from other areas across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and the surrounding regions, we offer a transparent collection service charged at just £1 per mile.
Bringing Your Pet to Us
Alternatively, you are always very welcome to bring your pet directly to our crematorium in Belper yourself.
When you arrive, we offer the use of our dedicated Room of Remembrance. This provides a quiet, private, and peaceful space where you and your family can spend some precious final moments with your pet before saying a proper goodbye.
