You will have the opportunity to spend time in our Remembrance Room before the cremation, and if you choose, you can witness the start of the process in our viewing area. Our team will guide and support you throughout.
This is a deeply personal option for those who want to remain close to their pet until the very end.

Yes. At VetCare@Peace, we provide only true individual cremation services, meaning your pet will be cremated alone. This ensures complete peace of mind, knowing that their ashes are returned exclusively to you. We treat every companion with dignity, respect, and care throughout the process.
Absolutely. We offer a full range of caskets and urns to suit your preferences, which you can view in our online shop. Scatter tubes are provided complimentary for families who wish to scatter ashes. Each cremation also includes a clay paw print keepsake and the option of a small locket containing a sample of your pet’s fur, offering a lasting, personal memento.
Our standard turnaround is 24-48 hours during working days, giving you prompt and respectful service. For families needing faster arrangements, same-day cremation is available at an additional cost. We aim to make the process as smooth and timely as possible while ensuring dignity and care.
While we do not currently offer formal payment plans, we encourage you to discuss your individual circumstances with us. We are happy to explore flexible options and support families during this difficult time.
